Tintu Luka was born in 26 th april 1989. Her native place is in Valathode in Kannur which is in Kerala, India. Tintu Luka’s main event is 800 meter running. Tintu Luka is trained at the Usha School of Athletics, Koyilandy, Kerala under the coaching of P.T Usha. The 26 year old army man, Vijay Kumar added pride to both Indian Army as well as the nation itself by winning a Silver medal in the London Olympics 2012. It was a tight competition and the best came out winning. Vijay Kumar faced 5 other top marksmen in the world to clinch this pride moment.
