Kerala Strikers Team Members in Celebrity Cricket League Season 2, 2012

Kerala Strikers is the new team in Celebrity Cricket League. Kerala Strikers will be playing their first match in Celebrity Cricket League Season 2 on January 21^st 2012. The match is scheduled between Kerala Strikers and Bengal tigers. The match will be held from Bangalore. The Kerala Strikers is led by Mohan Lal. Vice Captain of the Kerala Strikers is Indrajith.

Vice Captain Indrajith said that it will be a pleasure to play from Kochi. He said that it has been always his dream to play in the home ground with lot of viewers. The final team for the Celebrity Cricket League is not yet decided. The available team members at the time of CCL will be announced later. Even though Mammooty is not in the Kerala Team , He will support the team by all means. He extended his complete support to the team. This will be a great benefit to film industry as well as cricket.

Malayalam Cinema Stars from box office are now going into the cricket grounds for a dust off with other cinema stars from India. The first season of the Celebrity Cricket League have been a great success. Fans from all parts of India came to watch their favorite stars play cricket live. The inclusion of Malayalam cinema stars will be a plus point to the Celebrity Cricket League in 2012. The name of the Kerala team is ‘Kerala Strikers’. The jersey of the Kerala Strikers has been unveiled on 6^th October 2011. Super star Mammotty handed over the jersey to the vice captain of the team, Cine Star Indrajith. The captain of the Kerala Strikers is none other than supers star Mohan Lal.

The unveiling of the jersey for Kerala Strikers was held from Taj Malabar Hotel. Mohan Lal was not present at the function. Mohan Lal could not attend the program due to fever, news reports say. The team members came to the ramp wearing jersey. Some pretty models came along with them to the ramp. It was a great evening in Taj Hotel. Celebrity Cricket League will be a medium for Mollywood stars to mingle with other stars in India. It will open new friendships and opportunities for all stars. Minister KB Ganesh Kumar was present at the stage. He wished all the luck to Kerala Strikers. He said that this will be a great use for both cricket and film field.
