S 36 Music Band for Indian Premier League Season 5

S 36 Music Band will be performing for the Rajasthan Royals in the fifth edition of the IPL. It is confirmed that S 36 Band signed agreements with Team Rajasthan Royals that they will perform the musical show just before the opening match between Rajasthan Royals and Kings Eleven Punjab. The match is scheduled to be conducted on april 6 2012. 

  It is expected that S 36 band will certainly rock the Rajasthan. It will be a musical feast just before the run feast. Indian cricketer Srisanth will also perform along with the S 36 band. They will also present the special IPL song on this occasion. This is the first time that IPL Management is co-operating with S 36 band.

Genelia D'souza Weds Riteish Deshmukh | Bollywood Star Genilia Marriage with Rithesh

Bollywood stars Genelia D'souza and Riteish Deshmukh got married yesterday in Mumbai. Riteish Deshmukh is the son of Union Minister Vilas Rao Deshmukh. Genelia D'souza is a star actress. Her famous films are Boys, Santhosh Subrahmaniam in Tamil and Urumi in Malayalam. She also has many Bollywood fims which include Force with John Abraham and  ere naal love ho gaya with Riteish Deshmukh.

According to Marathi tradition, marriage is carried out for 3 days. Hayath Hotel hosts their marriage celebrations. 'Mr. and Mrs.Deshmukh' is the word Riteish Deshmukh used to post about his marriage with Genelia. The match between Kerala Strikers and Mumbai Heroes went in favour of Kerala Strikers. Kerala Strikers won the match by 10 wickets. The match was held at Nehru Stadium, Kochi on 22nd of January 2012. Mumbai Heroes won the toss and decided to bat first.

V Badola of Mumbai Heroes scored 27 from 34 balls before he was bowled out by Bineesh Kodiyeri. S Ahluwalia is the second top scorer. He made 25 runs. Mumbai Heroes finnaly set a target of 129 for Kerala Strikers to chase. Bineesh Kodiyeri took 4 wickets.


It was a good performance from Rajeev Pillai of Kerala Strikers that took away the match from Mumbai Heroes very easily. Rajeev Pillai made 75 runs from 63 balls. His opening partner Ninvin Pauly made 16 runs from 38 balls. In the end Kerala Strikers won the match by 10 wickets in 16.5 overs.

Karnataka Bulldozers vs Bengal Tigers Match 3 Results CCL 2012

It was a one sided match which favored Karnataka Bulldozers. Bengal Tigers got crushed by the 95 runs defeat from Karnataka Bulldozers. Bengal Tigers won the toss and chose to field. The match was held at the Chinnswamy stadium in Bengaluru. 


Bhaskar and Rajeev from Karnataka Bulldozers made a lightning in the CCL Season 2. They scored 75 and 91 individually which put the Karnataka Bulldozers at a big total of 252 with the loss of only 4 wickets. Bengal Tigers could only manage to get 157 at the loss of 6 wickets. 


There were anxious moments through out the game. The knock made by Bhaskar and Rajeev gave the Celebrities a stand in the cricketing world. 

Mumbai Heroes vs Telugu Warriors CCL 2012 Match 1 Results

The first match in the Celebrity Cricket League's new season ended in a draw. Mumbai Heroes, led by Sunil Shetty and Telugu Warriros led by Venkatesh battled well in the first match. Venkatesh won the toss and chose to bat. They setup a total of 167 for Mumbai Heroes to chase. 


Akhil Akinneni made an impressive half century before getting dismissed by Sunil Shetty. Mumbai Heroes also lost an early wicket when Akhil went for a duck. The 104 runs partnership between Raja Bherwani and Varun Badola made some thrilling moments in the game.


Both teams earned a point since the match ended in a draw. Man of the Match award was shared by varun Badola and Akhil Akinneni.
